Welcome to The Brick City Playhouse — Ocala’s ultimate entertainment home. This fully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property sleeps up to 8 guests and was designed around one simple idea: every corner should have something worth talking about.
THE GAME ROOM
The best game room in Ocala — full stop. We converted our entire garage into a dedicated entertainment space unlike anything else in the area. Featuring a 4-player arcade game with reclining leather theatre chairs, full-size air hockey table, skee-ball machine, pool table, ping pong table, and an 80” TV with streaming. The custom hexagon LED neon ceiling sets a vibe that has to be seen to be believed. And don’t miss our signature Playing Card Wall — grab a card, sign your name, date, and where you’re from, and pin it up. Every group that has ever stayed here is on that wall. You’ll be part of the history of this house.
THE OUTDOOR SPACES
Step outside to your private pool and hot tub, both open year-round. Florida’s climate means the pool is swimmable in every season. The fully screened lanai features an 8-person dining table and a fire pit lounge area — perfect for evenings after a day at the World Equestrian Center or exploring the springs. The yard is fully fenced, private, and includes lounge chairs for lazy pool days.
THE LIVING SPACES
Inside, the home flows beautifully from the living room through the kitchen to the lanai. The living room anchors the home with an oversized cloud sectional, slatted wood TV feature wall, large flat screen TV, and direct sightlines to the kitchen and outdoor spaces. A hand-painted Welcome to Ocala mural greets you at the entrance — you will want a photo.
THE BEDROOMS
Each of the four bedrooms was individually designed with its own accent wall and personality. No two rooms look alike.
Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, wall-mounted TV, green board-and-batten accent wall with gold sconce lighting.
Bedroom 2: King bed, wall-mounted TV, navy board-and-batten accent wall with gold lighting.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, custom geometric LED accent wall with built-in lighting.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, gray diagonal molding accent wall.
THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped for cooking real meals. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating for 4, coffee maker, full set of cookware, dishes, and glassware for 8. Coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices are stocked. Dishwasher pods and dish soap provided.
THE BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms. Towels, toiletries, and hair dryer provided. The master en-suite features a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combo.
LAUNDRY
Full-size stacked washer and dryer located in the game room. Detergent provided.
LOCATION
Located in northeast Ocala at 1832 NE 6th St, you are in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to everything the area has to offer.
World Equestrian Center: 20 minutes. Home to world-class equestrian competitions year-round including the Winter Spectacular, HITS horse shows, and international dressage events. Free to watch.
Silver Springs State Park: 10 minutes. Famous glass bottom boat rides, kayaking, hiking, and wildlife.
Downtown Ocala: 5 minutes. Restaurants, bars, shops, weekend farmers market, and nightlife.
Rainbow Springs State Park: 30 minutes. Swimming, tubing, and snorkeling in crystal clear natural springs.
Juniper Springs: 45 minutes. One of Florida’s most beautiful spring swimming holes.
HITS Post Time Farm: 25 minutes. Additional equestrian shows and events.
