This NEW construction modern home is 7 minutes from the World Equestrian Center, 20 min to HITS and many different shopping, dining, and grocery options. 20 min away from famous Hot Springs & Swampy's and 10 minutes from the new FAST Aquatics Swimming Center and 25 min from Ocala Horse Park. This gorgeous fully-furnished rental features 4 Bedrooms, three rooms with king beds and one room with 2 queen beds, sleeping a total of 10, plus 3.5 Bathrooms with a soaker tub in the master & 3tv's with new 2026 Starlink Satellite internet. Spacious comfortable home

A great spacious house for the 3 families that stayed. The house was clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. Quick easy trip to WEC and shopping. The only negative comment is that there is no hot tub but the property description says there is one so it was a bit of a let down for the kids. Overall a great place that we would definitely stay in again if we come back to Ocala

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, clean, new, and very roomy. Four large bedrooms and a huge backyard. In a very nice neighborhood. The home was amazing! The owner was attentive immediately to any needs. Overall, it’s a great house and vacation spot. Went kayaking in rainbow rsprins and it was beautiful. We will go again.

The Perfect Home!

My small group (3 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed at Modern Pearl for 1 week, while the 2 teens showed their horses at HITS. Our stay at this home was wonderful! The house is new, modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. Communication with the home’s host (Jackie) was always quick, easy and helpful. The location was great for what we needed—only 20 minutes to HITS and 8 minutes to WEC (where we ate dinner and watched the Grand Prix one night, which was a highlight of our trip). I hope this sweet property is available when we return next year!

Exactly What We Were Looking For

This house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It's spacious and modern, the yard is huge and fenced (great for dogs!), and the furnishings clean and comfortable. We had a lot of family developments in the past year, that necessitated our meeting in Ocala for Thanksgiving dinner. And we made everything from scratch in the house, which should give you a good idea of how well the kitchen is appointed. Everyone marveled at how beautiful the house is when they entered - everyone from my 20-something nephew to my 80-something mom. And with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, everyone comfortably had their own space, and there was plenty of room for all of us in the living/dining area when we came together. The host was incredibly gracious, and we would all love to return. Thank you so much, Jackie!

If you enjoy country living, and you are looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy nature and horses, this property is for you. This home is spacious, clean and modern! We were a family of 7 with 2 dogs and we had more than enough room. I highly recommend this home. The neighbors are awesome as well as the host!
