The condo is located in Cabo Costa in the Casa Mexicana area of Cabo San Lucas, a peaceful residential neighborhood just minutes from the best beaches, dining, and activities in Los Cabos.



Nearby highlights include Santa Maria Beach, Medano Beach, world-class golf courses, and the Cabo marina, where you’ll find excellent restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and water excursions.



The location offers the perfect balance of quiet residential living and convenient access to everything Cabo has to offer.



Getting Around:

While ride services such as Uber and taxis are readily available in Cabo San Lucas, many guests choose to rent a car to explore the area more easily.



The condo is just a short drive to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and downtown Cabo, making it a convenient base for exploring Los Cabos and the surrounding coastline.



Parking is available within the community for guests who choose to rent a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

-Pool service typically occurs on Tuesdays. The pool service company has authorization to enter the patio area if you are not home. Please reach out for rescheduling if you think the service will interfere with your stay.

-Pool Heating - it take a couple of hours for the pool to heat up. In the upstairs patio pool room there is a Tholz pool timer. Press the Heat and Filter function to turn them ON. They both need to be on in order for the pool to heat up.



- Prime location: 7-min drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas, marina, Medano Beach; 9-min to our favorite beaches (Santa Maria & Chileno); 3-7 min to shopping (Costco, Walmart).

- Hiking: unlimited trails up and around Cerro de Las Antenas trail starts at main gate (~2 miles to top).

- Privacy film on windows blocks heat/glare while preserving views.

- Premium water system: Softener + multi-stage filtration + UV for safe, clean and soft water everywhere (rare in Mexico).

- Endless hot water via tankless heater.

- Binoculars provided for whale watching/stargazing.

2) Slide open battery compartment, push button towards the back, wait for the sound of 2 beeps

3) Put in any 4-6 digits, then hit #, that will lock and unlock the safe.
