Charcoal Grill, Outdoor Hot and Cold Private Shower. Parking for 3 cars, size dependent. Beach Gear for Guest Use.

Stairwell in the front yard goes up one level to front door entry.



Level 2: we are a one level home on pilings.

Front Porch: sound view, pub vignette seating.

Wraparound Sun Deck: Adirondack polywood seating, lounge chairs.

Open floor plan for living-dining-kitchen.

Living Room: Sofa, soft side chairs, smart TV, ceiling fan.

Dining area: traditional dining table seating 6-8 people. Kitchen counter seating at barstools.

Kitchen: fully equipped for making meals at home, granite countertop, stainless sink with pull spray faucet, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric range.

Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, slider doors to sun deck, smart TV, ceiling fan.

Primary Ensuite Bath: full tub and shower with spray wand, single vanity, toilet.

Queen guest room: queen bed, chest of drawers, smart TV, ceiling fan.

Queen guest bedroom shares a hallway bath with the bunkroom.

Hallway Bath: shower with spray wand, single vanity, toilet.

Bunkroom: twin over twin bunk with a twin trundle. Wall mounted smart TV.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 Dogs Allowed. Dogs only, no cats. Your first dog fee is included in the rent, additional dogs are allowed with extra fee; restrictions apply.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
