Very family friendly beach house with open family/dining area and an ocean view! Everything you need to relax and get away from reality is here! Very low traffic beach access is great for fishing! The remnants of what used to be “Ocean City Pier” is a short walk from the house….along with one of the well-known Topsail missile observation towers! The house sits almost exactly halfway between the new, surf city bridge and the bridge to Sneads Ferry. Restaurants, fresh fish and groceries are available in both directions!

Quaint little beach cottage!

Loved this place!

This was my families first time to Topsail Island and us choosing "Never Say Goodbye" to stay at was the absolute best choice! Not only is the house beautiful and location wonderful but the owner was fantastic! She was very willing to please and that makes all the more in planning and staying on vacation! Highly recommend!

Great location & great host

We loved our stay at “Never Say Goodbye”! The location was ideal and perfect for walking our kids to the beach every day (literally 60 secs), and was in close proximity to easily drive to local shops and restaurants. The house was warm and inviting, and the hosts were eager to make our stay stress free by providing plenty of information about the wonderful island of Topsail.

Beach trip to Topsail

Took a 5 day trip to Topsail Beach with family that was planned on short notice. Was extremely lucky to find this gem available! Very nice and comfortable with beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and accessible to lots of places to shop and restaurants.

Cozy, Clean, and Quaint

My family and I stayed here and appreciated the great communication with the host. The house was super clean, and the size makes it very easy to keep track of your belongings. We could come and go to the beach easily without paying the price of a beachfront property, and of course an outdoor shower is always nice to have! We felt very welcomed and cared for.

Great location-well equipped house

My family stayed for the week of July 4th, we had a great time. The house was clean and well appointed with all you need. The communication is great if you need anything they are text away. This is very short walk to beach and it’s not crowded at all, not even in July 4th week. We were able to bring our boat and dog as well. We got to see fireworks several nights from the beach and the bedroom balcony from both directions. Highly recommend!

clean, cute, convenient

We enjoyed our stay. Just couldn't sleep on bed in 3rd bedroom because it was so creaky so our 2 teens slept on the sofa bed. There were 6 of us so alittle hard to find a way and a designated place to keep our towels & washclothes for 3 nights. But we loved that the house was convenient to the beach. Nice, large LR/DR/kitchen!
