Designed for connection, fun, and easy Florida living, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 7 beds. Whether you're planning a multi-family getaway, a sports tournament weekend at IMG (10 minutes away), or a beach trip to Anna Maria Island (just 12 minutes), this is your home base for memory-making.

House Guidelines

To keep this home enjoyable for all guests and neighbors:

• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No indoor smoking
• No unregistered guests or pets
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Thermostat must remain between 69°F and 78°F
• Please keep doors and windows closed (Florida climate = bugs!)

The property is equipped with exterior security cameras to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Pet Policy

• $100 per stay for one pet
• $50 per additional pet (max 2 pets)

Firepit Note

Due to Florida’s climate and storage limitations, we do not supply firewood. Firewood is available at nearby grocery and hardware stores.

We’ve put a lot of intention into creating a space that blends relaxation with fun — a place where kids can play, adults can unwind, and everyone leaves with great memories.
