Come vacation at Serenity by The Sea, a 1120 sq. ft. fully furnished 3bd/2 bath townhome 1/3 mile from the 27th Street OC boardwalk. The home accommodates 6 adults + 2 children and comes with a fully stocked kitchen. Relax in front of one of three 42-inch flat screen TVs with WiFi. Enjoy drinks on our large, furnished wooden deck overlooking the canal. Guests are invited to use our beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. Minutes from exceptional dining at Hooked, Liquid Assets, or Bayside Skillet.

The space
The townhome has new coastal themed furniture and is geared toward hosting families. The master bedroom comes furnished with a king-sized bed and premium mattress, the guest room comes furnished with a queen-sized bed with premium mattress, the downstairs bedroom comes furnished with a queen sized bed with a premium mattress + a twin bunk bed w/drawers. All three bedrooms come with a flat screen TV.

Guest access
Guests can access the townhome using a key less door lock with code. The code automatically resets once guests have departed the townhome.

Other things to note
****The individual making the reservation will be required to furnish the host a screenshot of their driver's license or official Government ID to verify their age and who they are at the time they make the reservation.

***Any reservation request by individuals 25 years of age and under will be disapproved unless you have 4 or more 5 star reviews.

*** Additionally, the guest who made the reservation on VRBO certifies they will reside in the townhome for the entire duration of the stay. This protects you, VRBO , and us.

***If we learn that a reservation was made to deceive us as to who is actually staying in the town home, we will report you to VRBO , the authorities, and take legal action***

The town home is 10 minutes walking or 3 minutes by car from the OC Boardwalk at 28th Street.

Pets, parties, smoking, vaping, and controlled drugs (including marijuana) are prohibited inside the home. A $700 violation per incident or per pet will be assessed if any of the above are violated.

Hosts are from Argentina and speak fluent Spanish and English.
