Guest Access:

Guests have full run of Builtmore 2 — all five levels, the indoor heated pool, both hot tubs, the game room, and the rooftop Summit deck are yours for the stay. A handful of owner/housekeeping closets are locked and off-limits; everything else is included.



Check-in is fully self-service: a keypad on the front door gives you a unique code valid for your whole reservation — no key pickup, no coordinating arrival times.

From downtown Gatlinburg, you’ll follow winding mountain roads that lead up to the property. The roads are paved, though you should expect typical mountain terrain with curves and moderate inclines.



A car is recommended to easily access the home and explore the area. Free parking is available at the property for multiple vehicles.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available if the house is ready — we'll typically confirm the night before — for $100 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, or $50 after 1:00 PM.



Fresh towels, linens, and starter toiletries are provided at the start of your stay; a washer and dryer are on-site if you need to restock mid-trip, though detergent isn't included. Dogs are welcome. All confirmed guests must submit a valid ID and sign our rental agreement through our secure booking software. Reservations booked outside Airbnb carry a 6% refund processing fee.
