The Space:

Some houses have a pool. This one has a whole backyard arcade. Between rounds of putt putt, ladder toss, spikeball, cornhole, and giant Connect 4, you'll barely notice the hours slipping by poolside under the desert sun. This sun-soaked 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8, giving families and friend groups a stylish, easy home base for exploring Palm Springs or simply doing nothing at all.

Each bedroom has its own smart TV, and the open-concept living room centers around a 65" screen and plenty of plush seating for movie nights or lazy afternoons. The chef's kitchen comes fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances and a Keurig plus drip coffee maker, so mornings start easy. Outside, the private pool, patio dining, and BBQ grill make it just as fun to stay in as it is to head out.



This is a great fit for families, friend trips, or multigenerational groups who want space to spread out and play. Our local team is around throughout your stay, so you can just relax and enjoy the desert.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire home, including the pool, patio, and all the outdoor games. The cleaners' closet stays locked and is not included.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into a Palm Springs neighborhood just off Palm Canyon Drive, this home puts you within easy reach of everything the desert does best. It's a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, where you'll find restaurants, shopping, and galleries, and roughly 10-15 minutes to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and popular hiking trails. Golf courses are close by too, and the surrounding mountain views make for a beautiful backdrop wherever you're headed. Uber and Lyft are both readily available in the area if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Palm Springs and the wider Coachella Valley, and this home makes it simple with driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus street parking available if needed. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also a convenient option for nights out downtown.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. This property is 100% smoke-free, and no pets are allowed. We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes. Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



About the Heated Pool & Spa: Our pool and spa run on a single shared heating system, so they warm up together and can't be heated separately. It takes several hours to reach temperature, and turning the heat off cycles the warm water back into the pool and restarts the whole process — so when you add heating, we run it for the full length of your stay to keep the water consistently warm. Heating is $85/night ($75/night for stays of 7+ nights) and is recommended October through May. In the warmer months the pool holds its temperature on its own, so heating isn't needed.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
