The place was imacculate with a modern fresh feel. We enjoyed the accommodations immensely. Stairs access the property. To the owner the middle bathroom toilet needs to be tightened. Overall we enjoyed.

It was a really comfortable stay. They paid attention to details and provided extra amenities ie: bodywash, shampoo, conditioner dispenser, Nespresso pods, makeup remover cloths, cleaning supplies...more than other Vrbo's. We especially enjoyed the selfish wall. The location is just a few minutes drive from Obama Presidential museum and Hyde Park. I will definitely stay again.

We appreciated the spacious apartment, the air conditioning, and the the cleanliness of the Constance apartment. We were in town to visit the nearby Obama Center--the apartment is close by, but not quite close enough to walk for a long museum day.If you're planning to cook, make sure to bring everything you'll need. (ie, oil, spices). The kitchen is equipped, but one needs to occasionally improvise. Overall, super comfortable.

The property was super clean. It was stocked well. Check-in was easy. The stairs were a little tricky for my elderly dad but he managed. The only thing I couldn't figure out was how to log into my own streaming accounts. The place was decorated nicely. I would stay again.

An updated and modern property, beautifully decorated. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. There were no issues with street parking. I was able to easily park in front of the building. Would recommend this place to others.

The house was beautifully decorated and clean. There was street parking, but we had no problems finding a spot. Relatively quiet apart from maybe dogs barking. The host was great. The couple little issues I had they addressed so I was very satisfied. I will be rebooking this place next time I come back to Chicago.

The property was great location for our visit. We wanted to be on the south side near the Obama museum. We weren't able to get tickets, but were able to walk the extensive grounds and go in some of the buildings. The unit was described well with 3 comfortable bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. We made a few suggestions of some additional cooking tools which the host appreciated. The apartment uses room air conditioning units which cooled it nicely. There isn’t a Dishwasher, but that really wasn’t a problem. This is a second floor unit with somewhat narrow stairwell and squeaky, but well lit. There was a grocery store a short drive away. Street parking was plentiful and the neighborhood felt safe, but a bit in transition. Entry in and out was easy with keyless doors and the host kindly allowed us to come in early!

This is a really nice apartment and suited our group nicely! Decorated tastefully, comfortable furniture, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; living room and dining room were both large and the kitchen had all we needed for our 3-day stay. even has a washer/dryer, though we didn't use them. :)Neighborhood is relatively quiet; about a 10-minute walk to a small shopping area with a great grocery store where we purchased fresh fruit, delicious cake; store has a large hot buffet and a salad bar, so no shortage of meal options if you either wanted to prepare your meals or let them do the cooking for you.we visited the Obama Presidential Center while in Chicago, which was a short Uber ride from the apartment. Host was responsive when we had questions and he even had a welcome message on the chalkboard in the kitchen and a "selfie wall" available to commemorate the stay. Which we did. ")Some questioned the neighborhood when we told our friends where we were going, but we found the people we met along our walk to be quite friendly and we were safe.

The apartment itself was wonderful! Street parking was readily available within the same block, follow the signs. It was located about eight miles from the popular sights, but with traffic most locations were a 30 minute drive. The nearest grocery store is a five minute drive. The apartment has a two door situation. The outside door sticks a bit and you need a bit of muscle to get it open. CAUTION: Once inside there is a second door which leads directly onto a spiral staircase. There is a handrail up to the first landing; Continuing to the second floor, there is NOT a handrail. On a side note, it's been a long time since we visited Chicago and the parking situation in the city was complicated and pricey. Do yourself a favor and take a look at the parking apps and where to park for what you want to see.
