Backs up to athletic fields, w/ off-street parking, just 15 minutes to UD Arena, Nutter Center, downtown Dayton, and John Ankeney Soccer Complex. Welcome to this comfortable brick ranch, set up to give you a home base while you are in the Dayton area. The house offers all the comforts of home with open living spaces and everything you need to settle in for your stay of any length. From here you are conveniently located to Wright Patterson Air Force Base, the National Museum of the United States Air Force, UD Arena, the Nutter Center, John Ankeney Soccer Complex, and downtown Dayton. Dayton International Airport is typically about twenty to twenty five minutes away. If you enjoy the outdoors, Eastwood Lake MetroPark is very close by, and access to the regionâs paved bike trail system is about a mile away. Dayton is known for having one of the most extensive paved trail networks in the country, and the Creekside Trail behind the nearby Kroger connects into that larger system. On the main level you will find three bedrooms, including two with king beds and a third with a full size bed, along with a full bathroom, living room, and dining area. The space is comfortable and easy to live in during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, small appliances, and both durable kid and patio friendly dishes along with a full set of stoneware bowls and plates. You will have what you need to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to full meals. The refrigerator is apartment size and works well for most stays. A Kroger Marketplace is within eyesight of the home, making quick grocery runs very convenient, and grocery and meal delivery options are widely available in the area. The finished lower level provides extra room to spread out. Downstairs you will find a pool table, an additional table for games or work, a dedicated workspace, and a foldable desk that can be moved to the spot that works best for you. There is a comfortable sofa in the lower level and a hide-away cot that offer additional sleeping spaces, along with a convenient half bath. Outside, the property backs to athletic fields and open space. When school activities are not in session, you may enjoy the nearby play areas and the open feel behind the property. Off street parking is available, including an additional parking pad that may accommodate an RV or trailer. This is parking only and no hookups are available. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay, including all living spaces on both the main level and the finished lower level. This includes the bedrooms, full kitchen, living and dining areas, game room with pool table, dedicated workspace, patio, and fenced backyard. The home offers off-street parking, plus an additional parking pad that may be suitable for an RV or trailer. Parking onlyâno hookups are available. High-speed AT&T fiber internet is available throughout the home, along with central air conditioning for year-round comfort. Outdoor spaces, including the patio and backyard, are available for guest enjoyment. There are no shared spaces. The property is set up for private, comfortable stays. This home is located in a convenient residential area that offers easy access to many of the places guests come to Dayton to enjoy. Guests who enjoy the outdoors appreciate how close the home is to Eastwood Lake MetroPark, which offers walking paths, lake views, and peaceful places to relax. The Creekside Trail, located behind the nearby Kroger Marketplace, connects riders to the larger regional bike trail network that runs through downtown Dayton, Fairborn, Beavercreek, and more. Daily conveniences are close at hand. A Kroger Marketplace is within eyesight of the home, making grocery runs quick and easy. Guests also enjoy nearby local spots such as Pettibone Coffee, NachoBurgers, and Old Hickory BBQ, which are popular with both locals and visitors. Plenty of home delivery options bring every sort of grocery and restaurant experience right to you! The location works well for guests visiting Wright Patterson Air Force Base or the National Museum of the United States Air Force, and the University of Dayton, as well as those attending events at UD Arena, the Nutter Center, The Schuster Center and other entertainment downtown, the John Ankeney Soccer Complex and more. The neighborhood offers a convenience, whether you are visiting for work, sports, or time with family. Most guests find that having a private vehicle is the easiest way to get around the Dayton area. Off street parking is available in the drive with room for as many as 4 compact sized cars, including an additional parking pad that may be suitable for an RV or trailer. Dayton International Airport is approximately twenty to twenty five minutes away by car. Public bus service is also available along Woodman Drive. And for cycling enthusiasts, this home is very convenient to the Creekside Bike Trail at Burkhardt Road. The property is adjacent to athletic fields where youth football and soccer games, as well as occasional outdoor school activities may take place during the school year. On some weekends in the spring and fall, typically during daytime hours. When not in use by the school, guests may enjoy the proximity to open play fields and a nearby playground. Please do not access this space while school is in session. The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, the home is cleaned using a thorough cleaning process after each check-out, with attention given to commonly used and high-touch areas.
