If you enjoy the outdoors, Eastwood Lake MetroPark is very close by, and access to the region’s paved bike trail system is about a mile away. Dayton is known for having one of the most extensive paved trail networks in the country, and the Creekside Trail behind the nearby Kroger connects into that larger system. On the main level you will find three bedrooms, including two with king beds and a third with a full size bed, along with a full bathroom, living room, and dining area. The space is comfortable and easy to live in during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, small appliances, and both durable kid and patio friendly dishes along with a full set of stoneware bowls and plates. You will have what you need to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to full meals. The refrigerator is apartment size and works well for most stays. The finished lower level provides extra room to spread out. The property is adjacent to athletic fields where youth football and soccer games, as well as occasional outdoor school activities may take place during the school year. On some weekends in the spring and fall, typically during daytime hours. When not in use by the school, guests may enjoy the proximity to open play fields and a nearby playground.
