Great stay as always!

We stayed here for the second year for the OHSAA state basketball tournament. The house is perfect for a large group. The owner is great to work with and we hope to stay again next March!

We came to Dayton for a friend's wedding. We brought the whole family as I have a lot of family in Ohio that we hadn't seen in awhile. This house was the perfect place for our relatives to stop by and visit, and the game room was a hit with the kids. Clean, quite, and tons of supplies. Easily the best stocked rental house we have stayed in! It's an older house but everything works very well and it has a TON of character and nostalgia.

3 Night Stay for Grandson's Wedding

This was a 3-night stay for my wife and me, our son's family and our daughter's family. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms provided very good sleeping and bathroom facilities for wedding prep. Also, we enjoyed the family room area and the large dining area that provided plenty of space for seating and family conversation.

Wonderful for a large family

We have 9 children and this house had plenty of space for us!! We loved the basement game area and the private backyard and deck to let the kids run and play.

Nice and quiet

It was great! We came in for a soccer tournament and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The back deck was a great place for all of us to hang out. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. The house very nostalgic and just a good place to stay

Peaceful stay

We enjoyed our stay, had plenty of space inside and outside to spread out while traveling with our young adult children. Loved the master suite. Making scrambled eggs on the vintage stove was a big hit! Nice restaurants and markets nearby. Great location to stay at while visiting the US Air Force Museum. It was a pleasure to meet the host’s father when he came to mow the lawn.

This was a great property for our family reunion as we celebrated a grandson's graduation. Plenty of room for 6 adults with 4.5 bathrooms and plenty of beds! Very convenient location to Wright Patterson AFB museum, Green Shopping Mall, and I would highly recommend the Packard (car) museum as a hidden treasure! It was clean, it was large, it was comfortable, in a good location ... Absolutely perfect and everyone loved it!

Comfortable

It's not very often there are the same number of bathrooms and bedrooms. There were 3 living areas as well. It allowed us to stay together but not get on each others nerves. We had deer visiting the yard every morning. It is close to shopping as well. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Excellent experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, organized and has everything you would want for your stay. It has a nice deck out back and grill. The basement includes a ping pong table, air hockey, and fuse ball. There are also toys for younger children to play with. There is a queen bed in the basement and a twin in a separate room. The master suite is very spacious. The beds are comfortable and tvs are easy to use with a clear picture. The property manager was helpful and responded to questions quickly.

Wedding weekend

This home was great for our needs. We didn’t have as many guests as originally thought we would so we did not use the downstairs bedrooms, bathroom or game room. This would be a great rental for family with teens or children as there are separate areas for games etc. There is a large deck for outdoor dining as well as a large indoor dining table and seating at the kitchen bar for six. There is a very unique stove in the kitchen, which we did not use, but I’m sure it would be fun to use. We saw deer and squirrels in the mornings.

Our Daughter's Wedding Stay

What an amazing time we had in this beautiful home! The house is absolutely perfect for any gathering, in our case our daughter's destination wedding. With many family members including ourselves flying/driving to the wedding from various states and one from Germany, this house fit the bill very well. The spaciousness is out of this world, extremely clean, wonderful view, love, love the stove/oven, excellent location to anything in the area as well as the genuine kindness of the owner, with some last minute accommodations, makes this house #1 on our list of renting and we have rented many VBRO's in the past. Your home is amazing and we all felt like we were at our own homes. Our families truly enjoyed their stay as well. Thank you again for the wonderful memories that we will treasure forever!
