This is a beautifully renovated 1st floor end unit #520 condo. The unit features patio with seating, 2 queen beds, a full bathroom (with bath tub and shower), smart/cable TV and Wi-Fi. This condo also features a mini kitchen with stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and mini fridge and freezer.
***Please note: This condo is a privately managed unit and you should contact us directly for any problems. This is not a hotel and we do not provide cleaning services during your stay. The unit is professionally cleaned before your stay. There is a laundry room (pay per use) on site if needed.
If the trash needs to be taken out, please put your trash in the big trash can outside by the vending machine near the gated pool.
NO SMOKING INSIDE! If you smoke inside our unit, you will be assessed an additional $300 cleaning fee.
This unit is pet-free. Any evidence of pets will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
To enter the pool by Hooks restaurant you are required to use the key fob provided by us on the table in the unit upon check in. Please return the key fob on the table at check out. If the key fob is lost or not returned, you will be charged $100.00 for a new key fob.
