We recommend arriving by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Finger Lakes. As you already know, we offer free parking at the driveway.

★ PRIOR TO YOUR STAY★
We require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them. If you bring a pet, there will be a $300 fine, and you will be required to remove the pet immediately.

★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION ★

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home or under any covered porches! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★VIOLATION FEES★
Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
Violating our no party rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional $500 clean up fee
