Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not listed as included amenities, and guests are encouraged to review the listing details prior to booking so they know what is provided. Regarding the outdoor conditions, the home is located directly on the lake, and with that beautiful waterfront setting comes natural elements such as bugs, leaves, pollen, and other debris. While we do have exterior cleaning procedures in place and make every effort to maintain the property, we cannot control what Mother Nature brings in, especially with wind and changing weather conditions. The lake itself is also a natural body of water, and unfortunately, we cannot control wildlife, algae, or natural occurrences such as fish being present in the water. Lake conditions can vary throughout the season, and the photos represent the property and views as accurately as possible. We are sorry to hear you felt the home did not meet your expectations. Had we been made aware of specific concerns during your stay, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them and work toward a resolution while you were still at the property.
