Spacious 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments in the Heart of Solvang!

• These are two separate 3BR+2BR timeshare condos within a hotel-style apartment complex.
• There are multiple units in this apartment complex. The assigned units may be on different buildings or different floors.

2 -Bedroom Unit:
- Maximum 6 guests

• First bedroom: King bed
• Second bedroom: Two Twin beds This timeshare offers multiple 2BR units, some with twin beds, others with a queen in the second bedroom.
• Living room: 1 sofa bed

3-Bedroom Unit:
- Maximum 8 guests

- First bedroom: 1 King bed
- Second bedroom: 1 Queen bed
- Third bedroom: 2 Twin beds
- 1 Sofa Bed in the living area

Both units features a full kitchen & dining area for your culinary adventures, private balcony and washer/dryer.

Total across both units:
5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, 8 beds

Limited elevator access, stairs are required.

Other things to note
• The guest who books the stay must over 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in.
• Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
• The apartment is in a timeshare property and Pictures are from a typical unit. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.
• Limited elevator access, stairs required
