Colony By The Sea 106 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo. The Living Area offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa (linens not provided), Smart TV with access to your favorite apps, and access to the Covered Deck. The Kitchen/bar area is Well Equipped with Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Blender. The Master Bedroom, Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, Smart TV, and access to a Private En Suite Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Smart TV, and access to the Shared Full Bath.

The "Colony By The Sea" Community is located in Indian Beach, in between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a small and clean family beach with just enough to do to have fun, but not enough to be crowded. It is conveniently located within 15 minutes of both Morehead City and historic Beaufort.

Complex Amenities: Elevator, Outdoor Pool (typically open May - September), Hot Tub, Sauna, Outdoor Showers, Park Grill and Picnic Facilities, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Community Beach Walkway. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

NOTE:
--Max Occupancy is 4 - parties found to be exceeding this occupancy limit may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
--The entire Colony by the Sea property is Non-Smoking. This includes hallways, balconies, parking lots, etc.
--2 Parking Passes will provided with your check in packet. 2 cars max.
--Boats, trailers, campers, jet skis, etc are not allowed in the parking areas of the complex.
--Check In is at our Atlantic Beach.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. Linens are not provided for Queen Sleeper Sofa.

NO SMOKING - Smoke Free Community.

NO PETS.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
