Subleasing or roommate type arrangements require prior written approval. The Michelina Condominium HOA requires guest registration and agreement to HOA Rules & Regulations prior to booking. This retreat is best suited for guests seeking a quiet, upscale extended stay in a predominantly owner-occupied luxury condominium community.

SNOWBIRD SEASON (November–April) is reserved at least 2 years in advance. We frequently have returning "snow-bird" guests booked each year.
