What we liked: easy check in process, well stocked with towels, beach inventory, conveniently set up kitchen, comfortable beds, functional air conditioner (on the loud side), enough space for 4 people to move around, a broom to sweep away the inevitable sand, parking that was included. The property is showing signs of wear (except for the kitchen), which does not impact the convenience of accommodation, just overall impression. We didn't like: geological layers of dust on the light fixtures, curtains, pictures on the wall, hanging off the ceiling. We requested to have the frying pens changed because of their state - warped, heavily scratched (a health hazard with non stick coating). It never happened. No place or way to dry swimsuits, beach and bathroom towels, which is a lot of wet stuff from 4 people. There HAS to be some kind of a drying stand considering normal activities of people on vacations and the rainy climate. We had to get creative, it took extra time and effort.No shoe stand. The shoes had to be piled up in the small space between the bathroom and the entrance doors. No hooks to leave clothes by the entrance. The only place to keep clothes - in the bedroom closet.

Wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of three adults, and it was hard to find a place that has two queen beds. Waikiki Banyan was perfect for us! The beds were very comfortable, and there is a very nice kitchen. The best part was the view from the lanai. Free parking was nice, and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on the same floor ($4 each, a bit expensive, but it was convenient.) Beach chairs and bodyboards were nice to have. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable. We'd stay here again!

Excellent Condo and Location

Very pleasant stay. Condo was exactly as what was in pictures. Had no issues. Location was great, few mins walk from beach and all the attractions but far enough in quite location. Garage parking was a very big plus. Would definitely stay again.

Exactly as pictured!! Great location, would stay at again! Don’t hesitate, just book the rental :) Coffee shop in the lobby area and a little mini market where we purchased laundry detergent. Parking is a huge plus, able to find parking. Very easy simple instructions! Overall great set up, location, property!!

Quick trip to Oahu (3 nights)

The condo was comfortable and everything in working order. We had a bit of challenge with cable TV but were in the room so little that it didn't affect our stay. Beds (even the sofa bed) very comfortable. Condo was clean and centrally located to beach, restaurants, shopping, and maneuvering in/out of Waikiki was a breeze. We discovered the coffee house in lobby on the last day but didn't have opportunity to experience. Thank you for a nice visit, and I would definitely re-book for a future trip.

Great property

Really enjoyed my stay here with my family. Check in and check out process was easy. Property was clean and newly renovated. Free parking was very nice. Short walk to the beach, shopping, and food. The only downside to my stay is the elevators in Tower 2 were very slow. Especially between 3-4pm when it was check in time for the other condos. There may be a line in the lobby to catch a elevator. Other then that I would highly recommend this property.

Small but clean place with AC

Overall experience good. Place was comfortable and clean with AC. A bit small, but we’re only there to sleep so it really wasn’t an issue. The bathroom sink drains slow though so housekeeping needs to use drano to clear it up. Only complaint we had, though very small, was laundry detergent was not provided. There was dish detergent, but none for laundry, so we had to purchase some at the front desk.

Loved that beach chairs and umbrella are provided and other things like all essential kitchen items. Very clean and comfortable space for a family of 4, 3 adults and a teenager. A lot of room for parking and it comes included, which really drew me to this place. We go to Oahu once every 5 years and the next time, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. Mahalo :)

The condo was clean and well kept with the necessities with needed. Air-condition was a plus! Only issue we had was the time spent on withing for elevator going up to 16th fl and down. We had to let go of several elevators that were full. So we decided to take the stairs down in few occasions. Other than this issue, everything was great!

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts

Good value and good location

We’ve stayed at this location previously so we knew what to expect and we were disappointed. Yes, the price has gone up since our last stay but that was to be expected. The renovated unit was modern and very clean. The appliances were all new and geared towards family usage. Location was also ideal with only 15 minute leisurely walk to the International Market and 10 minutes to Marugame Udon restaurant. The location afforded close proximity to all that the Waikiki area could offer but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. If there was one negative, it was the slow speed of elevators. One was out of order and there were many times where we had to wait a very long time. Overall a good experience and would recommend for a family stay.
