This 4Bed/4Bath home includes a dedicated office that can be set up with an air mattress if desired. Highland Lakes neighborhood offers a community pool, fire pits, and a dock for pond access for your enjoyment.

The space
Welcome to our home! This home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and over 2900 sq. ft. of living space.

The main level consists of the gourmet kitchen with 12' island, breakfast area, and high end gas cooktop/range for your use. The great room is connected to the kitchen area and has ample seating with a large sectional and two reading chairs to use while you watch The Masters on our new 65" QD-Mini LED Smart TV. A gas fire place is available if a cold front happens to come through. The formal dining room is currently converted into our children's playroom which will be perfect for any young children that make the trip with you. A formal office is set up with dual monitors and a docking station (USB C) for those work calls/meetings that can't be missed.

All four bedrooms are upstairs with convenient access to the laundry room as well. The main suite contains a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a tiled shower and soaking tub, and a 55" tv. Our guest suite contains a queen size bed with a private bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms have full size beds and are connected to a jack and jill bathroom.

Outside, you'll find comfortable patio seating under the covered patio overlooking the large back yard. The home is at the end of a dead end street that has the community creek running next to it. The neighborhood offers a luxury pool for those willing to brave the chilly April temperatures. Pond access was completed in 2025 with a small floating dock and walking trail.
