The space
The townhouse is a modern townhouse across 4 floors with a stunning roof deck and living space with amazing views of NYC skyline. Relax after a long day and enjoy a drink on the deck as the sun sets.

3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths. Each floor has at least one bathroom and a living/play area. There is also a back yard/garden where you can BBQ and enjoy the summer breeze under a large mulberry tree.

On the main floor, there is a large living and dining room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking your private back yard. The gourmet chef's kitchen features Wolf Appliances (5 burner gas stove and range, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and extra large stainless steel sink) and a over-sized marble counter. This open concept living area is great for gathering and hanging around with your family or friends.

For your stay, there is a large primary bedroom with a wall of floor to ceiling windows, an en-suite full bath with soaking tub, dual sinks and a spa shower. On the 2nd floor, there is another two bedrooms and a shared full bath. One bedroom hosts a queen bed and a desk while the other has a bunk bed with two twin beds, stairs, and a slide! There's also a crib mattress available and can be placed in the bunkbed room to sleep an additional child.

The playroom downstairs can be used as another bedroom with a pull out full sized bed and it's own full bathroom with spa shower. Or enjoy it as the kid's playroom with a climbing ladder, swing, games, and all the sporting equipment you can think of! If there's ever a rain day, enjoy books, puzzles, games, and fun in the playroom all within earshot. Washer/Dryer is also located on this floor.

Finally, the top floor hosts another living area with breathtaking views of NYC and Manhattan's skyline. Walk out onto your rooftop deck and enjoy some drinks and bask in the sun while looking out over the city. Extremely private and shielded from most of your neighbors, the roof deck holes a punching bag (in case you want to catch up on your MMA skills) and a gas burning dining table which will help light up your evenings. The upstairs loft has two walls of floor to ceiling windows and its own half bath and could be an additional sleeping area with its own extra deep Restoration Hardware Cloud down feather sofa.

There is a 1.5 car garage, fully equipped with weightlifting equipment. There is also an stationary bike and rower available for your exercise routine. An electric SUV can be made available upon request and charge for your stay. Outdoor space consists of a side yard and back yard with fruiting trees, flowers, and a garden.

A small park and the town library is a 2-3 minute walk around the corner and a large multi acre park complete with sport fields and kids playground/splash pad and community center is a 7 minute walk. Whole Foods grocery, One Medical, a tennis/pickleball court are all within a 10 minute walk and numerous shopping centers are within a 10 minute drive.
