Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of St. Louis! This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located in a beautiful historic building on a quiet street in the sought-after Central West End (CWE).
Inside, you`ll find a bright and thoughtfully furnished space with everything you need for a comfortable stay—whether you`re here for a few nights or a few months. The unit features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and comfortable bedding to help you unwind after a day of exploring.
Step outside and you`re just minutes from the best of St. Louis—Forest Park, Washington University, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and all the restaurants, cafés, and shops the CWE is known for.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by ongoing building renovations during your stay. We are currently undergoing essential repairs as part of our rapid recovery from a recent tornado. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time, and we remain committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. shorter version
Guest access
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Throughout your stay, we will be available to answer any questions or make recommendations on what to see and where to eat! We can be reached via app messages, text, or phone call.
For NON-AIRBNB BOOKING PLATFORMS: We are requiring a $500 security deposit and a signed credit card authorization form.
We want our guests to have a smooth after-check-out experience. Please read our house rules which you can find in the `Things to Know` bottom part section of the listing, to be guided accordingly.
By booking this listing, you confirm that you have read and will comply with these house rules.
GOVERNMENT ID IS REQUIRED
For the safety and security of all our guests and neighbors, we require a copy of a valid government-issued ID for the primary guest—and any additional guests—upon booking confirmation.
Please note that failure to provide the requested ID(s) in a timely manner may result in a delay to your check-in or possible cancellation of your reservation.
Access and check in instructions will not be forwarded until a copy of your ID has been provided.
The information on your ID must be consistent with the details provided on the message platform. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
If you are booking well in advance. Government ID is required two weeks before your check in date or your reservation may be subject to cancellation

PETS
All of our units are pet friendly. We do request a $45 pet cleaning fee. If you have more than 1 pet, please inquire.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND
Please note this is a family-friendly place and we do not allow smoking, any guest who fails to follow this rule will result in a fine of $500.00. We ask for your respect for the space, respect for your neighbors, and most of all respect for the guest who will be checking in next.
AFTER-HOURS
Quiet hours starting at 10 PM. Stay up late. Enjoy yourself. But please respect the peace of our neighbors. Worst case scenario (we know this won’t be you of course) but If host or building security finds guest to be in grave violation of these house rules and overtly not respecting the peace of our neighbors, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately and require guest departure.
EARLY CHECK-INS, LATE CHECK-OUTS, AND UNAUTHORIZED CHECKOUTS
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
Need to check in early and for us to request housekeeping service to expedite your cleaning? Usually not a problem. $10/hr
Check-out is at 10:00 AM often times our housekeeper is on a tight schedule. We truly appreciate you being strict about this time. Need to check out late? That’s usually never a problem either if you schedule before midnight again at $10 per hour. Unauthorized unexpected late checkouts that force our housekeeping to wait for an extended period of time or come back at a later date will be charged $30/hr.
REFUSAL or did not check out on time - aside from the unscheduled late check out of $30 per hour, if security intervenes to evict the guest, a penalty of $200 will be imposed (security fee).
As per the lease agreement we have with the building manager, all guests booking this listing need to be at least 25 years old.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We have the utmost respect for our neighbors. It is by their grace that we are allowed to rent this space to you. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any parties or events in this space. As these put our lease in serious jeopardy. If Security needs to be called to disperse a large gathering a $1,500 penalty will be imposed. Airbnb as a company has zero tolerance for unauthorized parties and events.
ILLEGAL DRUGS & FIREARMS of ANY KIND are NOT ALLOWED in our unit. Failure to comply will result in a $1,000 penalty.
CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS
Please fill the dishwasher and press start (dish pods provided under (or over) the sink)
Please take out the trash. Please never leave your trash outside your front door in the hallway.
We would also ask you to send us a photo of the TV remote. (sorry but you’d be surprised how often these mysteriously grow legs.) We would have to charge a $50 fee for a missing remote.
