After booking, you asked to host a “small gathering” for your son’s graduation; given the occasion and your description, we agreed. Before arrival, you asked about backyard parking because the driveway wouldn’t be large enough—our driveway holds about 12 cars, this raised concern about the size of the gathering. On the morning of your stay, I contacted you once regarding the backyard security camera being turned off despite clear labeling not to do so. We do not monitor guests; cameras are standard for safety, theft prevention, and incident documentation. The property was in excellent condition prior to your arrival—verified by video taken just beforehand. Clear pond, no mosquito issues, and nothing was damaged until shortly after you arrived. You reported an A/C issue. We arranged an emergency technician within the hour. No AC problem, you just couldn't figure the thermostat out. Later, a serious fistfight occurred in the driveway involving your group. VRBO instructed us to cancel your reservation and require immediate departure, we gave you an extra hour. The property was left in severe disrepair: trash throughout, knives in the yard, and multiple broken items. Cleanup took over 8hrs. The only accurate part of your review is that you will not return, you are no longer permitted on the property.
