Master has a King size bed with an ensuite that has a walk in shower
The guest room has 2 queen size beds and a bathroom that is shared with the hall way with a combo tub/shower

Shipwatch Amenities include the following:
Grill area on site, 2 pools (one gulf side and one bay side) and boat access to Old River, basketball goal, tennis and pickle ball courts on property as well as a hot tub and sauna. This complex is also in walking distance to the Flora/Bama

Boat Slips are available for rent on a first come first serve basis:
they must be registered and have a copy of registration and insurance on the boat 7 days before your arrival - no exceptions
For your convenience, there's a private boat/kayak launch and boat trailer parking on site.
Ask us for our preferred boat rentals.

Important Information
One parking pass is included with your reservation. One additional pass can be added for $50. We must know if you need a second pass before you arrive. *Prices are set by the COA and are subject to change without notice.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
