Enjoy `The Rock` Club Golf Resort and Restaurant that you pass through on your way up the mountain to your private home away from home at “Mountain Paradise”.

Only a short 15-25 min ride to Lake Keowee or Lake Jocassee. You can schedule boat tours, jet ski rentals, or just sun bathe on the lakefront beach at Devils Fork State Park.

For anyone who loves to hike, you can hike several different scenic trails directly from the resort entrance. The famous Table Rock state park, Ceaser’s Head State Park, and Sassafras Mountain are all just moments away. If you enjoy wine tasting, you will adore the local vineyard nearby.

Inside our home you will find everything stocked as if it`s your own home away from home.

Bedroom Layout:
Bedroom 1: Private King bed w/ dresser, closet, Smart Tv, and privacy blinds and mountain views. Full bathroom 1 is attached with shower tub combo and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Private King bed w/ dresser, closet, Smart TV, and Privacy blinds. Located upstairs with an attached full bathroom full of natural light! Jacuzzi jet tub, step in shower, and double vanity sink.
Bedroom 3: Private King bed w/ dresser, closet, Smart TV, and privacy blinds. Located right across from the kitchen. Full bathroom is located in the kitchen area detached from the bedroom for each access from the living and dining spaces.

You will enjoy Self Check-in to your home away from home at “Mountain Paradise”. We will not bother you during your stay. You can call us if you have any issues or questions while enjoying “Mountain Paradise”.

NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside or on the property at anytime. If you wish to smoke you must be more than 20 feet away from the property (not allowed on the deck anytime). If there is evidence of smoking you will be charged large fines.

PET POLICY: We do not allow animals in the home during your stay unless pre-approved. However, if need a place to home your pup, bring your furry friend to Noble Dog Hotel and Spa. They will be treated like the king and queens they are.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are required for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before fines or eviction from the property.

Should you have any questions during your stay please contact myself and my property management team directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.


PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.


HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.

TRASH: All trash must be bagged and placed in the correct bin located in the outdoor lockable shed. We can assist with pick up as we do not have a routine trash company please do not hesitate anytime.


NO PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed at this property. If any pet damage or excess cleaning is observed then we fill charge a fine and you could risk getting permanently removed from your rental app service fee.


EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.


CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
We would appreciate it if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:

--start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher
--place bag trash and leave in outdoor or indoor bins for pickup
--place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of the bed for us to bag for professional laundry service (please do not take off the pillow protectors or mattress protectors)
