The well-stocked kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig and standard drip coffee makers and is outfitted with ample dishes and silverware. Step outside onto the spacious patio and enjoy views of the beautiful community grounds and surrounding Santa Rosa mountains. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, smart TV with cable channels, and a cozy gas fireplace. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. This apartment is ideal for a couple seeking a relaxing getaway.
Guests have full access to Legacy Villas amenities, including a fitness center, 12 pools/spas, and an onsite weekend cafe. Plus, take advantage of the newly installed EV chargers throughout the community.
