Nature & Location:

Our home is in a semi-wooded area near the lake. You may see deer, small animals, and occasionally bears. Insects are also common in this environment—despite regular professional pest control, some may be present, especially in spring.

Dogs over 1 year old allowed with pet fee and approval. No other pets allowed. Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children. Parking is limited to 5 cars, No RVs. Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 12 guests and 18 total day guests. Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking. The guest registration form will request the full names and ages of each guest in your party. Please ensure that the names on the submitted forms match the legal ID of the person driving. We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences. We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Guests let themselves in via Smart Lock and have full use of the private home.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the scenic Pocono Mountains, Pocono Farms Country Club offers a vibrant, private community lifestyle that blends natural beauty with unmatched recreational variety, including a championship 18-hole golf course and practice facilities with a full pro shop, an Olympic-size heated swimming pool with diving board, slide, a scenic natural lake and sandy beach for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, bocce and shuffleboard courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with lakeside views; residents and their guests also enjoy casual and seasonal dining at the Lakeside Grill & Pub, social programming and clubhouse events, a community center with games and social spaces, a seasonal community garden, and year-round festivities that make Pocono Farms a great place to connect, play and relax.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended when staying in Pocono Farms Country Club, as the community is spread out and public transportation is limited. All roads within the community are paved and easy to navigate, and parking is available at the home as well as at the beaches, pools, lodge, and other amenities. Major Pocono attractions—like skiing, hiking, restaurants, and shopping—are within a short, scenic drive.



Other Things to Note:

Guests let themselves in via a Smart Lock and have no owner interaction (but we are always available via a text or call!)
