• Pools are heated to approximately 84–86°F; this is not a hot tub and heating performance may vary in colder weather

• Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, including pool service and yard care

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood along the Painted Mountain Golf Course in Mesa. The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, scenic desert landscapes, and mountain views. Guests can enjoy nearby golf, outdoor recreation, and nature areas, with shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Mesa and the surrounding areas. The home offers driveway parking, and rideshare services are available. Main roads nearby provide convenient access to Downtown Mesa, Scottsdale, and other local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

-Absolutely no parties allowed - grounds for termination. Only 8 guests are allowed at the house at all times, this includes daytime guests. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood and we want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors :)

-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Quiet hours per the City of Mesa are 10pm - 7AM.

-Guests must be 25 years of age to book, this includes the primary guest. The primary guest on the reservation must be on the property at all times - you cannot book on behalf of someone else.
