Sunset & Chill Getaway is a private lakefront home designed for unforgettable Lake of the Ozarks escapes, where stunning sunsets, relaxing outdoor spaces, and a prime location come together to create the perfect lakecation. Located in the desirable Four Seasons area near the popular Shady Gator entertainment complex and just a 10-minute drive from the Bagnell Dam Strip, you’ll be close to all the action while still enjoying the privacy and tranquility of your own waterfront retreat. With so many amenities on-site, you may never want to leave.

This home is built for outdoor living and lake memories. Enjoy two private lakefront decks featuring comfortable seating areas, a propane grill, and a hot tub overlooking the water. Spend evenings gathered around the large wood-burning lakefront firepit, perfect for storytelling, s’mores, and sunset views. The private dock offers direct lake access and is ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water.

Inside, the home features an updated kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and entertaining, along with a built-in dining area and a gourmet coffee bar to start your mornings right. The main level includes a spacious group-style bedroom with two queen beds and one full bed, a smart TV, ensuite vanity area, and private access to an outdoor patio. A full bathroom with shower, tub, vanity, and toilet is also located on this level.

Downstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms, including one queen bedroom with smart TV and a bunkroom featuring a bunk bed and an additional twin bed, making it perfect for families or groups. Another full bathroom with shower/tub combination, vanity, and toilet serves the lower level. An onsite washer and dryer provide added convenience for extended stays.

The lower-level living room is designed for relaxing after a full day on the lake, offering comfortable seating, a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, board games, and a foosball table for friendly competition. Step outside to the second private lakefront deck and continue enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting.

Parking is available for 2–3 vehicles depending on size; however, boat and trailer parking is not permitted at the property. Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis with a signed pet agreement, and a daily pet fee of $50 applies.

Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the firepit, fishing from the dock, or heading out to nearby restaurants and nightlife, Sunset & Chill Getaway offers the perfect balance of fun, relaxation, and classic Lake of the Ozarks living.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules. We strictly enforce this policy to protect the quality of our home and the comfort of all future guests. Thank you for respecting this rule.
Quiet Hours Policy: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM This property observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful lakefront setting. Please help us be good community members by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours, including music, outdoor gatherings, and loud conversations. Violations of this policy will be handled as follows: First offense: You will receive one verbal warning via phone call or message. Continued noise after the warning will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. If a member of our team or local authorities is required to visit the property due to unanswered or unacknowledged contact attempts, a $200 noise complaint fee will be charged to your account. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the quality of the guest experience and maintain respectful relationships with our community.
Early Check-In Policy We understand that sometimes you want to start your vacation a little sooner! While we do our best to accommodate early check-ins, they are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Guests may contact us at 10:00 AM on the day of arrival to check if early check-in is possible. If available, the following conditions apply: An early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be charged The fee must be paid in full prior to check-in Early entry will not be granted without confirmation and payment Please note: If early check-in is important to your travel plans, we recommend booking your stay beginning the day before your intended arrival to ensure the home is reserved and ready for your early access. We appreciate your understanding as we work to prepare the home for your arrival with the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Late Checkout Policy Checkout time is 10:00 AM sharp on the day of departure. If you would like to request a late checkout, please submit your request no later than 11:00 PM the night before your departure. All requests are subject to availability and approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a late checkout fee of $50 per hour will apply and must be paid in advance. Important: Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:00 AM without prior approval will be charged $25 per hour until the property is fully vacated, as this directly impacts our cleaning and guest turnover schedule. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us provide every guest with a smooth, timely check-in experience.
Pet Policy Pets are only allowed with prior approval at least 48 hours before arrival. Approved pets must be 25 pounds or under, with current registration and vaccination records provided. Pets must remain on a leash at all times when outside, may not be left unattended in the home, and guests are required to clean up all pet waste from the exterior property. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Failure to follow this policy may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee being charged to the reservation. Thank you for helping us keep the home safe, clean, and comfortable for all guests!
