Wonder place to stay.

Property clean & had everything you could need & host was very available for any questions promptly. Beach was at end of street it was wonderful for watching nightly sunset. Would recommend staying here to anyone & would stay here again ourselves.

We loved staying at this villa so close to the beach. It was very clean and well stocked. All the other visitors in our shared courtyard were so welcoming and friendly. It is a great place to stay!

Unit was very nice and Comfortable. Clean. Seemed newly renovated. Had the basics. Included screened in porch to leave your beach things. We cooked breakfast and most often another meal. Bathroom was small and not for an oversized person but that was fine. Beach was at end of driveway. Fishing was not so great but beach was beautiful and was almost empty and walkable and gulf was warm. The Area had all shopping needed plus too many good restaurants within 5 miles. Loved Prime Serious for steaks, Pops Sunset grill for seafood and dock view and BBQ at Gold Rush. Visit downtown Venice before 5pm and try the Italian at Cassariano. All places had excellent food and decent prices. If you are cooking then buy meat, fish, fruits, veggies and groceries at Detwiler Farm market before you even think to go to Publix. We were impressed by this grocery store. I have been to this complex before and definitely recommend the cottages with the bedroom over the hotel like efficiency studios at the front of the property. There is a pool on premises that many people use but we prefer the beach.

We are thankful that our guest informed us that the reason they rated us less than 5 stars was due to the distance to the beach. We have a video (picture #3) that shows the exact walk from the beach which was probably not watched before the rental was commited. Our location is indeed about a 2 minute walk (or less) distance to the beach. Our rate also reflects the short distance to the beach which is significantly less compared to properties that are on spot on the beach. We are grateful for this opportunity to clarify the reasoning for this rating.

Great Stay

The unit was perfect spot for relaxing by the beach or by the pool. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable in every way. The location, just minutes from the old town section of Venice, the pier or the jetty make this a perfect spot to vacation.
