The home is an older property with a great deal of character and charm, and while it is thoroughly cleaned and maintained, older homes can sometimes have a characteristic odor that some guests may notice more than others. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The listing does not advertise a washer and dryer, and we were happy to provide the location of the nearest laundromat when you needed that service. The home is also listed to accommodate up to seven guests, based on the sleeping arrangements and photographs provided in the listing. Regarding the toilet paper and paper towels, we’re sorry these supplies were an inconvenience. We are always happy to provide additional supplies when needed, and our maintenance support was available during your stay. Since you mentioned that we were very responsive whenever you reached out, we certainly would have been glad to bring additional supplies had we been contacted. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am currently at a new location, brand new paint and flooring, and beautiful mahogany hardwood flooring. My new home includes a small work out area. Table setting for groups of 12, more like a hotel inspired look. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
