The building is secure and uses a digital entry system, and access is provided through a personal code sent before arrival.

- Tourists: According to VAT regulations, tourists with a B/2, B/3, or B/4 visa are exempt from VAT. To confirm your exemption, we will require a photo of your passport and your valid tourist visa prior check-in.

If this documentation is not provided, a VAT charge of 18% of the total stay will be automatically added.
