This brand-new 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and feels exceptionally bright and airy thanks to its open, unobstructed views over Sacher Park. The living area opens onto a private terrace with park views—perfect for morning coffee or a relaxed evening after exploring the city.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, as well as comfortable seating and a clean, modern design throughout. The bedroom features two single beds placed together (ideal as one larger sleeping setup) and they can be separated into two single beds if needed.
