Welcome professionals, families, and outdoor enthusiasts! Discover a peaceful retreat located in the heart of Hanover and just a short 5-minute walk to Dartmouth College. It's the ideal location for a perfect getaway with close proximity to all the fun activities in the Upper Valley, as well as the Dartmouth graduation event to celebrate this special moment and reconnect with the people and things that matter most.
The house was newly renovated; it has large bright windows with an impressive view of the neighborhood, a spacious deck perfect for relaxing and drinking a cup of coffee or tea or a glass of wine, a brand-new kitchen, and 5 comfortable bedrooms.
It is nicely built up on a hill with a great view of the neighborhood. It has a paved driveway that wraps around the house with plenty of parking spaces.
Upon entry you will find a stairway that brings you to the main living area, which features an open floor plan, a kitchen, and a door that leads to the deck.
On the deck you will find a BBQ grill and a hot tub. The deck has a sofa, lounger, and chairs.
One of few in-town homes where its prime location allows for easy access to all you need, while you enjoy a spacious, quiet, and peaceful outdoor area to rest and relax.
The house has a total of 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a closet and portable Dyson cooling fan for your comfort on warm summer days.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms that share a bathroom across the hall. One bedroom has a queen bed; two other bedrooms have double beds. All bedrooms have their own closet.
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, which include the master bedroom with a king bed and sofa bed as an optional extra sleeping space, a walk-in closet, and the master bathroom. The other bedroom has double bed, closet, and private bathroom across the hall.
The second living room has a sofa bed as an optional extra sleeping space.
The laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor.
