The space

Welcome to 'The Aurelia on the Gulf!'

This gorgeous, Gulf-front retreat offers 3-floors of luxury and stunning Gulf views throughout.

This location cannot be beat, literally ON the beach with its own private beach and beach access, plus walking/biking distance to Alys & Rosemary Beaches for world-class shopping and dining! Located in a private gated community!

On the first floor, you'll find an entertainment space/game room, complete with a pool table, Foosball, and a gaming area with a video game console and a TV. There is also an additional separate living area with a TV, along with a kitchenette, half bathroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two Full beds plus two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (sleeps 8). The second room has two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and a hallway bathroom with a glass shower.

The second floor is truly the heart of the home. The spacious living room features a stunning fireplace and a beautiful built-in wet bar. There is also a separate coffee bar nearby as well. The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly into the dining area, with a beautiful wooden dining table and an elegant chandelier. Just beyond, the gourmet kitchen is complete with high-end appliances and island seating for four. The expansive second-floor balcony offers ample seating and the best views of the Gulf, and has a private walkover directly to the sand! Also on this floor is another half bathroom, along with the first master bedroom that has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

On the third floor, there are four more bedrooms. Two master bedrooms, both with a King bed, a private balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower (and one of them also has a separate soaking tub). The other two bedrooms on this floor both have King beds - one has an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, and the other uses the hall bathroom with glass shower. The views from 2 of these bedrooms are just stunning!

Outside, enjoy your own private oasis featuring a pool and hot tub with surrounding sun loungers. Just off the pool area, you'll find a BBQ grill ideal for outdoor dining, and a charming putting green along the side of the home offers a fun space for games!

Adjacent to the pool, the carriage house boasts its own living area, kitchenette, laundry room, the 8th bedroom, which has a King bed and one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. There is also a half bathroom (pool bath) on the first floor of the carriage house, right off the pool area.

For added entertainment, enjoy a ping pong table as well as a poker table, perfect for some friendly competition.

There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway!

Just steps to the beach with your own private walkover, you can't get any closer than this! Beach set-ups (6 chairs and 3 umbrellas) are provided complimentary for guests from March-October.

Guest access

Located ON the Gulf/beach on the South side of 30A, this gorgeous home is directly beachfront with PRIVATE deeded beach access! Located on a private gated street. Luxury and privacy!

Enjoy complimentary beach service, which includes a set-up of 6 beach chairs & 3 umbrellas (available March-October). Additional beach chairs may be purchased upon request. Please note that personal beach chairs are permitted.

There are also 6 bikes provided complimentary to guests.

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
