Hi Colleen, that you very much for the feedback as we take this very seriously. I apologize that the oven guards did not meet your needs. This is the first that we have heard that from a guest staying here. I am glad that we were able to get you oven mits quickly and now we have both options available for guests. We will take into advisement getting an additional coffee maker for the kitchen area as well. Thank you for brining this to our attention also. Regarding the lights, we did not notice any burnt-out bulbs during our walk-through, but we truly appreciate your feedback and would have been more than happy to address the issue if requested during your stay. We understand that the pool security door can be a bit tricky, but it’s a state-mandated safety feature for child protection. There is a button to temporarily disarm it, and we’re always happy to assist with that if you need help. As for the areas of the house that are not for guest use, the Miele coffee machine is reserved for the owner’s personal use, and certain other spaces, like the elevator, are off-limits for safety and maintenance reasons. We try to keep these details clear in our listing and arrival information, but we appreciate your understanding.
