THE PROPERTY
Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4/Media Room: Two Twin Bunk Beds (4 twins) This luxurious Penthouse condo in the C building, has a remarkable Gulf, back bay island and a lazy river, pool deck view. The wrap around balcony has plenty of seating to take in the cool breeze, smell the salt air, and work on your tan. Designer furniture throughout showcasing this perfectly designed property.

The upgraded kitchen is equipped with upgraded Quartz countertops, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with built-in microwave, warming drawer, and sizeable refrigerator with a half bath located right off the hallway. Enjoy the separate bar area with Keurig coffee maker, stand-alone icemaker, and blender to make drinks with.
