The Space:
Welcome to Corolla on My Mind, a spacious and inviting beach house in Corolla. This 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat has everything you need for the perfect Outer Banks getaway. Enjoy a private heated pool ($75/day or $500/week), a relaxing hot tub, a fun-filled game room, and just a one-minute walk to the beach. Cathedral ceilings, open living spaces, ceiling fans, and ensuite bathrooms create a bright, airy coastal atmosphere, making it easy to relax and unwind. Plus, this pet-friendly home welcomes up to four dogs for a fee, so you don’t have to leave your furry friends behind.
The top level of this home features a fully equipped kitchen and an open living area with ample seating for dining or relaxing with family and friends. A deck off the dining area provides additional seating, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink. This level also includes the King primary suite, with a private bathroom featuring both a shower and a tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. With its open layout, this space is comfortable and functional for meals, gatherings, or simply enjoying some quiet time.
The middle level features most of the bedrooms, offering a mix of private and flexible sleeping options. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to four pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee per two pets that will be added to your reservation**
**Pool will open mid April and close mid October**
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.
Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
