This beautifully crafted home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a converted den with fully enclosed curtains for added privacy, plus a dedicated parking space just steps away. Enjoy heated floors, oversized windows, and a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout.

#One designated guest parking space is available in the back alley of the property for your convenience. One additional street parking permit will be provided for the second vehicle of the guest.

• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including balcony and yard area . $500 fine per violation.
• Security cameras are located above front door entrance monitoring exterior spaces only

The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy and secure self check-in. Guests will receive a unique access code before arrival.
• 【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Guests are kindly asked to sort garbage and recyclables into the appropriate bins located in the trash collection area next to parking space. If you’re unsure where items go, simply leave them inside the house — our cleaning crew will handle disposal.
