A nearby dining room sits up to six and offers a welcoming space to sit down together, whether for a full dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out.



A convenient half bathroom sits on this level.



A kitchen door opens to a back deck, and just down a few steps you’ll find a 7 a propane grill—perfect for outdoor relaxing.

Upper Floor:



Master Suite: Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private ensuite with tub and shower.



Bedroom Two: Queen bed.



Bedroom Three: Full-over-full bunk bed, great for kids or groups.



Additional Bathroom: On this floor, full bath with tub/shower combo.

All bedrooms come equipped with a Smart TV for your streaming enjoyment.



Third Floor Loft:



A flexible space with a dedicated work space if you need to work or check in remotely, games and sofa bed—ideal for extra guests, family, or teens wanting their own zone.



Comfort & safety

The home includes air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep the space comfortable year-round. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are in place. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front door and outdoor areas for visibility of the surrounding property.



Parking & extras

Up to 2 cars can park on the street in front of the home.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
