Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that every guest has different priorities when it comes to location, amenities, and the style of vacation home that best suits their stay. It sounds like the area and property simply weren't the right fit for what you enjoy in a vacation destination. We work hard to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and amenity information so guests can choose the home and location that best match what they're looking for. Thank you for giving the area a try, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Break Time Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing trip. The house as always was perfect; the only thing I have to say is that the master suite tv controls were super hard to get to work but other than that everything was perfect and comfortable. We got to see the bears which is always our favorite thing to do.

And seeing the bears is always such a memorable Smoky Mountain experience! We're so glad you were able to enjoy one of your favorite parts of visiting the area. We appreciate you letting us know about the master suite TV controls. We'll have our team take a look to see if we can make them easier for future guests to use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us again. We truly appreciate your continued trust and look forward to welcoming you back for another great getaway!

We were locked put the house the first evening due to broken doorknob. It was not resolved in a timely manner. One of the beds was very uncomfortable and slanted to one side. Also, it was a little further from town than we anticipated.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize again for the issue with the doorknob and, more importantly, that we were unable to reach our on-call team as quickly as we should have. We were extremely disappointed that our response fell short, especially when it resulted in you being unable to access the home on the first evening of your vacation. We immediately refunded your first night's stay in recognition of the inconvenience, and we have reviewed what occurred with our team to help prevent a similar breakdown in communication from happening again. We are truly sorry that your vacation began this way and that these concerns affected your overall experience.

Grown-ups Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was beautiful and as described. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Each room having its own bath was a plus. We are in the mountains and had two bear visits. Only drawback - after seeing the bears so close to the house we decided not to use the hot tub that was located on the ground floor with no enclosure. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We're so glad that, despite the unexpected wildlife visitors, you truly enjoyed your stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another mountain getaway in the future!
