Comfortable Bedrooms
The bedrooms are designed for comfort and restful nights, featuring premium mattresses and bedding, air conditioning, ample closet space, and 55” Smart TVs.

Each bedroom has its own A/C remote control, conveniently mounted on the wall next to the light switch, allowing guests to adjust the temperature individually.

Spacious Living Area
The main living area is open, comfortable, and designed for relaxing together. It features a large 65” Smart TV, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning, and plenty of space to unwind after exploring Tamarindo and the surrounding beaches.

With high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, the suite is also well suited for remote work, streaming, or longer stays.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
One of the highlights of Balance Suite is its modern, fully equipped kitchen, designed so you can comfortably prepare everything from breakfast to a complete family dinner.

It includes quartz countertops, stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave with extractor, and a large two-door refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker.

You’ll also find a coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, and a wine opener — those small details that make the apartment truly feel like home.

Bathrooms & Hot Water
The bathrooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, with hot water and contemporary finishes.

One of the comforts we particularly value at Blue Zone Tamarindo is having hot water throughout the residence, not simply in the shower.

Private Washer & Dryer
Unlike our Energy and Nature Lofts, Balance Suite has its own private washer and dryer inside the residence, giving guests complete convenience and privacy when doing laundry.
This is particularly useful for families, longer stays, or after spending the day at the beach.

Entertainment & Connectivity
Balance Suite is equipped with three 55” Smart TVs plus a large 65” Smart TV in the living room, providing entertainment throughout the residence.

Dedicated high-speed fiber-optic internet provides a fast and reliable connection for streaming, video calls, or working remotely.

Open-Air Rancho & BBQ
Guests have access to our beautiful Rancho & BBQ, an open-air gathering space surrounded by tropical nature.

The Rancho features a fully equipped wood-fired cooking area, tables and seating, as well as hammocks and relaxing spaces. Prepare a meal over the wood fire, enjoy morning coffee, share a bottle of wine, or simply relax in a hammock while listening to the sounds of Guanacaste.

Condominium Swimming Pool
Guests also have access to the condominium swimming pool, located behind the Blue Zone apartments. It is easily reached by walking through the green area behind the residences.

Private Parking
Blue Zone Tamarindo provides spacious private parking directly in front of the residences, making arrival, departure, and unloading luggage convenient.

Dedicated Wi-Fi
Balance has its own dedicated fiber-optic Wi-Fi network. Simply look for the network beginning with the letters “BZ” followed by the suite name — BZ-Balance.
