The chalet features three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups. The main living area offers classic chalet character with vaulted wood ceilings, exposed beams, large windows with forest views, and a cozy gas stove, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi (fiber-optic), washer and dryer, and an open layout make longer or active stays comfortable and convenient. A private sauna is available for guests to unwind and recharge year-round.

This is a true four-season destination. In warmer months, guests can enjoy fishing, kayaking, boating, and hiking, with Rangeley Lake access just a 2-minute drive away. Fall brings stunning foliage and scenic outdoor exploration. Winter offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing/snowboarding at Saddleback Mountain.

Snowmobiles:
Direct snowmobile trail access in the area
Easy connection to the local ITS trail system
No trailering needed for snowmobiles

ATVs:
ATVs must be trailered to designated trail access points
Multiple ATV trailheads are a short drive away
Ample space at the property for truck and trailer parking

House Rules & Important Notes:
No shoes indoors
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Smoke-free home
Please be respectful of the quiet, wooded setting
Cell service may vary by carrier due to the rural location
AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter
Glass is not permitted in or around the sauna area (safety)
Must be at least 25 years old to rent

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire chalet and surrounding outdoor space. There are no shared spaces.

The following areas are not available for guest use and will remain locked:
Garage
Shed
Two attic storage spaces located in the loft area
Storage closet in the basement

On-site parking is available, and self check-in details will be provided prior to arrival.

Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. If additional cleaning or repairs are required, charges may be applied after checkout.
