Step inside to an open-concept living area filled with natural light. The living room features a cozy sectional, a large smart TV, modern wall art, and soft textures that create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Just off the living room, the fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a spacious island with seating, and everything you need to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together.

Bedrooms & Layout

First Floor:

Primary Bedroom (Downstairs): A private retreat with a comfortable king bed, its own smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Queen Room: A bright and cozy guest room with a plush queen-size bed, modern decor, and a smart TV.

Full Bathroom: Conveniently located near the queen room and living area on the first floor.

Second Floor:

Master Suite: A spacious, peaceful getaway featuring its own smart TV, comfortable king bedding, and sitting area. Perfect for guests wanting extra privacy. Please Note: there are no bathrooms on the second floor, so guests staying in the upstairs bedrooms will need to use the bathrooms downstairs.

The home has two full bathrooms, both located on the first floor. Both bathrooms are clean, modern, and stocked with essentials. You’ll find updated fixtures, fresh towels, and a simple, sleek design that adds to the overall comfort of the home.

Every bedroom includes its own smart TV, making it easy for each guest to unwind with their favorite shows. The living room also features a large smart TV for movie nights and relaxing after exploring Conway.

Please note: that the train does pass nearby being in the downtown area. While some guests find it adds to the charm of the area, light sleepers may want to bring earplugs just in case.
