Los 3bs is a luxury villa designed to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings. Set in the hills of Manuel Antonio, the property opens to nature from every space, allowing light, breezes, and the landscape to become part of daily life inside the home. It accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 suites.

The architecture favors open-plan living and a continuous flow between indoors and outdoors. The living room, kitchen, terrace, and pool connect naturally, creating a central gathering space where most of the stay unfolds—always in direct relationship with the environment.

A landscape present at all times

The villa offers open views of approximately 300 degrees, spanning jungle, sky, and horizon. From different points throughout the house, the scenery feels close, ever-changing, and constantly present.
Wildlife is part of everyday life. In the mornings, it’s common to see scarlet macaws gliding across the sky; by late afternoon, toucans appear among the trees surrounding the property.

Pool and outdoor spaces

The saltwater infinity pool, approximately 20 meters long, extends toward the landscape and connects directly to the social areas.
The terraces follow the rhythm of the day, offering spacious, tranquil settings to rest, share conversations, or simply take in the surroundings at different times.
Given the expansive terraces and the infinity-edge pool areas, guests traveling with children under 16 are kindly advised that close supervision is required at all times in these spaces.

Suites & Bathrooms

Sleeps up to 10 guests. The villa features five private suites, each conceived as an independent sanctuary for rest.
All bedrooms include a private balcony, en-suite bathroom, generous dimensions, and high-end details. The layout ensures privacy and comfort, even when the home is shared by multiple guests.
In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, the villa also includes a convenient half bathroom.

Included services

The stay includes a dedicated butler responsible for daily housekeeping, laundry service, and the overall care of the property.

The butler resides in a separate guesthouse on the premises, ensuring the service is always available without interfering with guests’ privacy.

Access is available for $20 USD per person, per day, and includes round-trip transportation from the villa to the beach club and back. The beach club provides lounge beds, canopies, parking, restrooms, changing rooms, and showers for your convenience.
