Good location not to far from Old San Juan and a lot of the excursion tour places pick you up at the grocery store right around the corner it was so convenient. We did the Culbera Boat tour and the El Yunque Rainforest and the tour company picked us up at the grocery store around the corner I guess that is where they pickup people. There is also a store called woops close by that was cool & convenient.
If you also walk around passed woops it is a cool tourist area where you can take photos and find places to eat. The beach is also close by.
This place was clean and the property management company was very responsive. This is a apartment upstairs but they also have two units below in the courtyard area. There is a locked gate you have to enter to get into the property. You have to punch in the code to get in and to exit. I felt safe in this area and got comfortable quickly. This place can sleep two on both beds in each room and the bunks beds are also kind of big and the sofa turns into a sofa bed. The shower does not get hot but trust me you don't need to take hot showers.
I will say the locks are a little funky in the sense you can only lock the front door if you have the house key from inside the house. The place overall you get a bang for your buck. I would stay here again. There is also a stove and dishes. The Refrigerator worked really well. The only thing that sucked a little was parking can be a little difficult because you park on the street. Overall good stay!
