BEDROOMS:

1. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, 55" TV, large closet, dresser and bench.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, 55" TV, closet, dresser and bench.
3. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, 55" TV, standing rack, dresser, and access to the pool.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, 55" TV, standing rack, dresser and bench.
5. Bedroom with a (Master) KING SIZE BED, 70" TV, large walk-in closet, dresser, bench, seating area, access to a full private bathroom and access to the pool.
6. Bedroom with a BUNK BED (Full over Queen), 55" TV, standing rack and dresser.
7. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, 55" TV, closet, dresser and access to a full private bathroom (Jack&Jill) shared with living room.
8. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, 55" TV, standing rack, dresser and a seating area.

**Bedrooms 6-8 are located in the Guesthouse by the pool and can be accessed through the pool area, it has its own living room with a 65" TV and a sectional sofa, a bar with a mini fridge for drinks.
**All bedrooms have RokuTV. No cable! Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

4 bathrooms (3 shared, 1 in master bedroom #5)

Living room - Spacious living area with a comfy sectional sofa and a TV

Kitchen - With high grade appliances, fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots, and pans. It is also stocked with spices, coffee.

Dining Area - Table seats 8 guests with a nice chandelier on top, a breakfast nook next to the Kitchen seats 4 guests viewing the pool.

Laundry - Located by the dining area, with washer, dryer and cleaning supplies. Leading to the Gameroom

Gameroom - Access through the laundry room, 75" TV with a couch, additional seating areas, plenty of board games, a poker table, an Air hockey table, foosball, and a pool table.

Outdoor:
- Backyard - Heated pool, outdoor dining table seats 6 guests, lounge chairs, hammock, BBQ grill (propane), a nice pergola with couch, a meditation room with Yoga mats and cushions, mini-golf,
- Front yard - Has beautiful view of a Koi fish pond with a bench for a great relaxation, kids playground and a basketball court next to it with 2 benches

Driveway - Can hold up to 6 cars. Please do not park on the grass or the street!

We may have scheduled maintenance services such as lawn care, pool maintenance, or repair work during your stay. These services are performed by third-party vendors on a fixed schedule, and we do not have control over their exact timing. As a result, they may arrive without prior notice to complete work outside the home.

In most cases, these vendors *will not enter the house* and will only perform work in the exterior areas of the property. If interior access is ever required, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.
