This lovely and colorful 3rd floor unit has an incredible view of the Gulf of America to enjoy with your family members from a very comfortable lanai. New flooring, two newly renovated baths, and flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and beach chairs and umbrella are provided. Our unit is convenient to the elevator and laundry (coin operated). We would love to welcome you!
Bring your boat or rent one for a day as the docks are free! Your boat trailer must be kept off property and the on-site office can provide a list of places in the area for storage.
Each unit features cable television, wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, a heated community pool, boat slips, kayak launching and assigned parking.
NO Pets allowed.
The on-site office staff is there to be of service. Please Note: For your convenience, the rental program provides a starter supply of paper products, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Guests are responsible for providing any additional paper products needed during their stay.
