BEDROOMS
This striking four-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, blending modern luxury with a refined country club–inspired design throughout.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite
The primary suite offers a sophisticated escape with a king bed, workspace, and private ensuite. Moody textures, ambient lighting, and sleek modern design create a serene space ideal for unwinding.

Bedroom 2
This inviting bedroom features two queen beds accented by bold tones and luxe finishes, delivering a restful retreat with a refined, elevated feel.

Also featuring two queen beds, this thoughtfully designed room blends rich hues with modern accents—perfect for relaxation.

Bedroom 4
A chic and versatile space with two twin bunk beds (four beds total) and a private ensuite. Designed for families or groups, it balances playful functionality with dark, luxe tones for a cozy yet polished escape.

BATHROOMS
This home offers 3 bathrooms: one full ensuite on the main floor and two 3/4 baths (one in the master suite, one in the basement). All are stocked with hotel-grade towels, premium toiletries, and thoughtfully lit with large mirrors for a spa-like experience.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully-equipped kitchen is designed for culinary creativity and entertaining alike. Modern countertops, sleek cabinetry, and quality appliances provide everything needed to whip up anything from quick bites to gourmet dinners.

The 10-person dining table offers the perfect backdrop for intimate dinners or festive gatherings. The open layout flows seamlessly into a lounge space featuring 65” smart TVs, cozy seating, and layered lighting—ideal for relaxing evenings or planning adventures.

Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
✔️No Pets Allowed
✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!
✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
