The third floor features a master bedroom with a king bed. A second bedroom with a queen bed. A third bedroom with a queen bed. A front and back balcony and another full bath. The second floor features a living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room with a balcony off the back. The first floor is a separate garden level apartment with a separate entrance that features a living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry closet, full bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed. It also has a back fenced in patio.

There are two designated parking spots at the rear of the home that are marked 311 in the parking lot. There is also additional free parking directly in front of the house on the street. The street is pretty quiet and there are almost always additional spots directly out front. There is a back patio for the garden level and a porch on each floor in the back for the second and third floors. There is also a balcony at the front of the house of the third floor.
